By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. We limit what we collect to what is genuinely needed to run the Service.
Information We Collect:
Account information
When you register, we collect the details needed to create and secure your account: Email address — used to authenticate you and send essential service notices. Password — stored in hashed form; we never see or store it in plain text. Display name or profile details you choose to provide.
User content
When you create, upload, or submit content through the Service (such as posts, files, messages, or other materials), that content is stored so we can display and operate the Service for you. You retain ownership of your content; we use it only to provide the Service.
Automatically collected data
Like most services, we log basic technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps — to keep the Service secure, reliable, and to diagnose problems.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: Create, authenticate, and manage your account. Store, display, and process the content you submit. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train automated decision-making or profiling systems.

We never sell your personal information to third parties.
AI Features
Some features of the Service use artificial intelligence to help you create, summarize, or organize content. When you use these features, the content you provide may be processed by AI systems, particularly Google Gemini, solely to generate the result you requested.  We use it for the advisor, equipment scans, photo diagnoses, and quote analyses. We send the text you provide, relevant home or maintenance details, and any photo or quote document you submit to Google’s Gemini service to generate a result. We keep prompts, uploaded files, and results for a limited time period. Google handles submitted data under Google APIs Terms of Service, which is not used to improve Google services. You can withdraw consent to future AI processing in Account. This can’t recall information already sent. AI results aren’t a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.
We do not use your content to train our own AI models, and we do not sell it.

Ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.

Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
Delete
